Broken Harvest

FRANK WILLIAMS American (b. 1952) This watercolor was inspired by a photograph of NC Wyeth harvesting apples in his apple orchard in Chadds Ford, PA. It must have been an abundant harvest that year — so much so that it broke the limb of the tree. Watercolor on Arches paper, 2019 21.25 x 28.75 in. (53.96 x 73.02 cm.)
